Agreement
• I will use my skill and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account your personal goals, fitness levels, and exercises likes and dislikes.
• I will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you may need to help you achieve your goals. Your progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly.
• I will provide all equipment and organise appropriate venues for all training sessions.
• All your information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If I require further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.
• It is understood between myself and you that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort.
• You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
• If at any point I feel the requirements for my programme are not being met by an individual, then that individual will be removed from the programme.
All programmes created are strictly kept between client and PT. Programmes are made to suit an individual’s needs and must not be shared with 3rd parties, if this is not followed immediate action will be taken.
Personal Training Terms and Conditions
• You must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme. (please see attached link)
• I might require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware your GP may charge for this.
Lateness Policy
• If you are late for a session, the session will not be extended and will end at the appropriate time.
FEE CHARGING POLICY
Deposit of £150 must be paid to SECURE your place on the programme. NO deposit NO place.
• The deadline for the remainder of the payment MUST all be paid 2 weeks prior to the programme starting.
