Bee

My name is Bee, I am the owner and trainer of Beeformation.

I have been a trainer for 4 years now and I set up Beeformation in January 2020.

Over this past year, since setting up in January 2020 Beeformation has grown a considerable amount.

It has enabled me to expand, build a team and bring in other fitness/sports professionals to work alongside me to help deliver an even greater service.

The team I have here at beeformation are highly knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about their work.

Beeformation is all about ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality and that all needs are met and catered to.

StacEy

My name is Stacey, I am a BSc Honors qualified Sports Therapist.

I have been practicing sports therapy for 10 years after graduating with a Sports Therapy degree in 2010 from the University of Birmingham.

I went on to set my own business up in 2013, with the help of the Princes Trust, also gaining a business Entrepreneurship NVQ at the same time. I have been practicing sport’s therapy ever since.

As part of my practice I am registered and regulated by the Society of Sports Therapist. During my time registered I have completed a number of courses to add to my degree:

- kinesiology taping
- Implement assisted massage (blading)
- First Aid
- Foam Rollering
- Mobilisation and joint manipulation

In addition to my business I also work as a sports therapist for the England Indoor Nation Cricket Team. (Action Indoor Cricket England). This is a fantastic role and allows me to travel all over the world to do my job.

I have previously before this worked in semi pro football, netball, basketball and jujitsu.

I love my job as there is no better feeling than being able to feel better, train better and perform better in what ever it is there doing.
