About BEEFORMATION

I created Beeformation to help individuals find their inner drive and spark, build their self esteem, confidence and make them believe in their own abilities.

Beeformation takes you on an intense physical and mental journey. You face many challenges, barriers and obstacles. Along this journey as you overcome a barrier your hit with another, giving you strength, determination and self control. Individual goals are set for you to become the best version of yourself, continually taking you past your limit and leaving no stone unturned.

What is expected of me?

For the 8 weeks I want you to completely dedicate and commit yourself to wanting to see how far you can go and how much you can achieve. That means NO takeaways, NO sugar, NO alcohol, NO snacking, just 8 weeks of discipline, determination and drive! NO missed sessions, NO giving up and NO excuses!

I just want you to believe in yourself and to tell yourself that you are capable of anything you put your mind too. You will jump over any obstacles you may face along the way and leave no stone unturned.

You have 8 weeks to push yourself as far as you can both physically and mentally, your progress comes down to how bad you really want it and how much you really want to improve. Start this with positivity and lets smash these 8 weeks together. There’s no I in TEAM so together we can do this and we can make a difference.

What will my programme look like?

Over the 8 weeks you will complete 32 training sessions, this is broken down to 4 sessions a week. All individual goals are taken into consideration and sessions are created to meet your needs! You will also be expected to complete personalised training outside of the beeformation.

This is where the REAL WORK begins.
