The build up to Beeformation

One of my biggest and best achievements is when I took 1st Place in Women’s Physique UKBFF at the age of 21. I then went on to placing 3rd out of 20+ women in an open category in the British Finals two weeks later. Being ranked 3rd in the country at the age of 21 in an open class was an amazing feeling.

Although I know longer compete, the self discipline still remains. The 16 week preps, sleepless nights, endless amounts and hours of cardio, heavy weighted training sessions, low food, countless posing sessions, stress of making sure I brought the best condition to stage and the nerves I had leading up to my shows was all worth it.

Competition preparation is a whole different ball game, it challenges you in every single aspect both physically and mentally. It pushes you far away from your comfort zone and forces you to break down any physical/mental barriers you think you may have.

The mindset, focus and drive it gave me is the reason how beeformation exists.

Competing made me realise how far you can push your mind and body when you really want to achieve your goals. It gave me the mindset to never give up!

Everything I have learnt through my own personal experiences has now enabled me to help others and all the knowledge I have gained through trail and experience I now pass onto them. You just have to trust the process, believe in yourself & bee challenged to become your best.
